World Cup 2025/26: Ruka
Third seasonal stage of the World Cup, in which the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to take part in the event in Ruka, Finland. On Saturday, Marius finished 11th in the qualification round, jumping 127.0 m and scoring 112.9 points. In the 1st Round, he placed 22nd, jumping 123.0 m and scoring 110.2 points, enough to qualify for the final round. The Final Round was canceled due to wind, so his 1st Round result is now official. On Sunday, both the qualification round and the competition were canceled due to wind. The wind was a constant presence all weekend, and canceling the competition was the right choice for the safety of the athletes. Regardless, Marius Lindvik was unable to compete with the best in Ruka, even though he was struggling with the wind on this occasion, just like the other ski jumpers. He'll have a hard time improving throughout the season. Until next time!
