World Cup 2020/21: Zakopane

 


After the Klingenthal disaster that took place last weekend, the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik returns to Zakopane, Poland, to repeat the success achieved a month ago. On Friday, in the qualifying, called prologue, Marius qualified 16th, jumping 128.5 m and scoring 119.4 points. On Saturday, in 1st Round he qualified 10th, jumping 133.0 m and scoring 127.8 points. In the Final Round he finished 3rd, jumping 141.5 m, with a score of 140.0 points and a final score of 267.8 points. In short, podium for him. On Sunday, Marius qualified 4th in the prologue, jumping 130.0 m and scoring 138.7 points. In 1st Round he qualified 16th, jumping 125.0 m and scoring 137.7points. In the Final Round he finished 4th, jumping 136.5 m, with a score of 154.9 points and a final score of 292.6 points. Marius missed the podium by one point, in which third place went to his teammate Robert Johansson. The comeback king is back and had a positive weekend.
