World Cup 2025/26: Sapporo

 


The World Cup flies overseas to the Land of the Rising Sun, where the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is set to take part in the event in Sapporo, Japan. On Friday, Marius qualified 13th in the qualification, jumping 125.0 m and scoring 117.5 points, the same score as Austria's Maximilian Ortner. On Saturday, he placed 11th in the 1st Round, jumping 131.0 m and scoring 117.5 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 10th, jumping 125.0 m, scoring 123.4 points, for a total score of 240.9 points. Finally, on Sunday, Marius finished third in the qualification round, jumping 132.0 m and scoring 127.4 points. In the 1st round, he placed 11th, jumping 125.0 m and scoring 111.7 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 11th, jumping 133.0 m, scoring 124.9 points, for a total score of 236.6 points. Compared to Zakopane, Marius Lindvik was less impressive in Sapporo. His jumps both fell short and exceeded expectations, but his results were disappointing. He'll have a lot of work to do to get back to the top of the world.

Four Hills Tournament 2024/25: Innsbruck

  Third stage of the Four Hills Tournament, where the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to take part in the event in Innsbruck, Austria. On Friday, Marius qualified 38th in the qualification, jumping 112.5 m and scoring 105.1 points. Finally, on Saturday, in the 1st Round he challenged the Norwegian, and his teammate, Benjamin Østvold in the k.o., losing the duel, but was fished out thanks to the lucky loser, ranking 25th, jumping 123.5 m and with a score of 113.9 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. For the third time in a row Marius Lindvik lost the duel and was fished out thanks to the lucky loser for the third time in a row. World Cup 2021/22: Planica

  As per tradition, the last event of the World Cup 2021/22 season takes place in Planica, Slovenia. On Thursday, the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik qualified 27th in the qualification, jumping 217.5 m and scoring 203.1 points. On Friday, in the 1st Round he finished 13th, jumping 223.0 m and with a score of 199.8 points, the same score as Slovenian Bor Pavlovcic, and enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 13th, jumping 228.5 m, with a score of 235.5 points and a total score of 435.3 points. On Saturday, in the Team Competition, Team Norway lined up Bendik Jakobsen Heggli, Johann André Forfang, Marius Lindvik and Halvor Egner Granerud. Marius, who jumped first in the Norwegian team's lineup, jumped 240.0 m in the 1st Round and 241.5 m in the Final Round.
