World Cup 2020/21: Wisla

 


The 2020/21 World Cup season has officially started. First stop: Wisla, Poland. On Friday, Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik did not go well from the point of view of the result. In fact, in qualifying it was unfavorable due to the wind.  Marius qualified 39th with a score of 96.8 points. Rather disappointing. On Saturday, dedicated to the teams, Marius teamed up with Robert Johansson, Daniel-André Tande and Halvor Egner Granerud. In this competition it was held in two heats and the Norwegian team struggled a lot. Eventually the Norway team is ranked 4th, behind Austria, Germany and Poland. Finally, on Sunday it is divided into two heats. Marius qualified for the second heat for a short time, 27th with a score of 100.3 points, jumping 115.5 m. In the second heat Marius jumped better than the first heat, 122.5 m, but his opponents jumped better than him. Marius Lindvik finished 24th with a total score of 203.3 points, because in the second heat his score was 103.0 points. A weekend to forget. Marius, you'll be better next time.

  The wait is over and the World Cup 2024/25 season officially begins, with the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik set to take part in his home event in Lillehammer, Norway. On Friday, Norway fielded Marius Lindvik, Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal, Anna Odine Strøm and Eirin Maria Kvandal in the Mixed Team. Marius, who jumped fourth in the Norwegian team lineup, jumped 137.5 m in the 1st Round and 131.5 m in the Final Round. Norway finished 2nd with a total score of 1075.1 points, behind Germany and ahead of Austria. On Saturday, Marius qualified 3rd in the qualification, jumping 136.0 m and scoring 141.4 points. In the 1st Round he ranked 8th, jumping 131.0 m and scoring 148.5 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 18th, jumping 120.5 m, scoring 134.3 points and scoring 282.8 points in total. World Ski Championships 2023: Planica

  The Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik has only one goal to achieve at the World Ski Championships in Planica, Slovenia, which is to finish on the podium in both the individual competitions on normal hill and large hill as well as in the team competitions. Will he succeed? The Planica springboard will give an answer. On Friday 24 February, in the qualification Marius qualified 37th, jumping 94.0 m and with a score of 116.2 points. On Saturday 25 February, in the 1st Round he finished 18th, jumping 97.0 m and scoring 122.3 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 22nd, jumping 93.0 m, with a score of 111.2 points and a total score of 233.5 points. On Thursday 2 March, in the qualification Marius qualified 15th, jumping 131.5 m and with a score of 126.3 points.
