World Cup 2020/21: Rasnov
After the positive result obtained in Zakopane last weekend, the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to compete in the event in Rasnov, Romania. On Thursday, in qualification, called prologue, Marius qualified 32nd, jumping 87.5 m and with a score of 106.3 points. Before the prologue, he skipped training 2 and this penalized him for the result of the prologue. On Friday, in 1st Round he qualified 20th, jumping 91.0 m and with a score of 116.3 points. In Final Round he finished 14th, jumping 94.0 m, with a score of 124.5 points and a final score of 240.8 points. But thanks to the disqualification of his teammate Halvor Egner Granerud, Marius climbed 13th. Marius did not participate in the Mixed Team Competition on Saturday. Well, Rasnov's jumps are the shortest in the World Cup and it's normal to see jumps less than 100 m. For Marius it was not an entirely positive weekend. He did his best, but he is still the king of comebacks. Marius, you'll be better next time.
Until next time!
