World Cup 2021/22: Nizhny Tagil

 


The World Cup 2021/22 season begins and Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to take part in the first stage of the season, namely Nizhny Tagil, Russia. On Friday, Marius qualified 37th in the qualification, jumping 107.0 m and scoring 80.6 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he finished 18th, jumping 122.0 m and with a score of 103.5 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 19th, jumping 113.0 m, with a score of 92.0 points and a final score of 195.5 points. Finally, on Sunday, Marius qualified 10th in the qualification, jumping 119.0 m and with a score of 93.4 points. In the 1st Round, he finished 20th, jumping 120.5 m and scoring 100.7 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he finished 13th, jumping 122.0 m, with a score of 105.4 points and a final score of 206.1 points. The Nizhny Tagil event was characterized by the wind, which not only put Marius in difficulty, but also the other ski jumpers. The championship has just begun and there will be time to recover.
