World Cup 2021/22: Bischofshofen

 


After the interlude of the Four Hills Tournament, the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to compete in the event in Bischofshofen, Austria. On Saturday, Marius qualified 28th in the qualification, jumping 124.5 m and scoring 111.7 points. In the 1st Round he finished 4th, jumping 133.5 m and scoring 137.6 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 1st, jumping 139.0 m, with a score of 154.1 points and a total score of 291.7 points. First win of the season for Marius Lindvik in the World Cup 2021/22. Finally, on Sunday, in the Team Competition, Team Norway lined up Daniel-André Tande, Marius Lindvik, Halvor Egner Granerud and Johann André Forfang. Marius, who jumped fourth, jumped 133.0 m in the 1st Round and 136.0 m in the Final Round. Team Norway finished 3rd, behind Austria and Japan. Marius Lindvik takes home two podiums, one individual and the other team, and his weekend in Bischofshofen was extraordinary and he brought out the grit and determination of the tiger.

  The wait is over and the World Cup 2024/25 season officially begins, with the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik set to take part in his home event in Lillehammer, Norway. On Friday, Norway fielded Marius Lindvik, Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal, Anna Odine Strøm and Eirin Maria Kvandal in the Mixed Team. Marius, who jumped fourth in the Norwegian team lineup, jumped 137.5 m in the 1st Round and 131.5 m in the Final Round. Norway finished 2nd with a total score of 1075.1 points, behind Germany and ahead of Austria. On Saturday, Marius qualified 3rd in the qualification, jumping 136.0 m and scoring 141.4 points. In the Final Round he ranked 18th, jumping 120.5 m, scoring 134.3 points and scoring 282.8 points in total.   The Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik has only one goal to achieve at the World Ski Championships in Planica, Slovenia, which is to finish on the podium in both the individual competitions on normal hill and large hill as well as in the team competitions.
