After the bittersweet event in Zakopane, the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik takes part in the event in Sapporo, Japan. On Friday, in the qualification Marius qualified 6th, jumping 131.0 m and with a score of 117.0 points. In the 1st Round he finished 23rd, jumping 125.0 m and scoring 115.4 points, which was enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 19th, jumping 128.5 m, with a score of 116.7 points and a total score of 232.1 points. On Saturday, in the qualification Marius qualified 4th, jumping 142.5 m and with a score of 138.9 points. In the 1st Round he finished 13th, jumping 127.0 m and scoring 128.1 points, which was enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 18th, jumping 119.0 m, with a score of 106.2 points and a total score of 234.3 points. Finally, on Sunday, in the qualification Marius qualified 16th, jumping 129.5 m and with a score of 119.2 points. In the 1st Round he finished 32nd, jumping 120.0 m and scoring 102.2 points, not enough to qualify for the Final Round. Total bitterness and frustration for Marius Lindvik, who is no longer able to jump like before. If he fails to take back the podium and the win, it will be a very disappointing season for him.
Until next time!
