World Cup 2024/25: Engelberg

Fifth seasonal appointment, in which the Norwegian ski jumper Marius Lindvik is ready to take part in the event in Engelberg, Switzerland. On Friday, Marius qualified 13th in the qualification, jumping 123.5m and scoring 153.9 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he ranked 39th, jumping 116.0 m and scoring 117.2 points, not enough to qualify for the Final Round. Finally, on Sunday, in the qualification Marius qualified 17th, jumping 119.5 m and with a score of 103.7 points. In the 1st Round he ranked 12th, jumping 132.0 m and with a score of 126.5 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 19th, jumping 119.5 m, with a score of 103.1 points and with a total score of 229.6 points. Marius Lindvik had a catastrophic weekend. His jumps were worse all weekend, but his outburst was especially visible after the landing of the 1st Round on Saturday. Too nervous and not very concentrated and in the extreme conditions no ski jumper was able to take advantage. He must change his mentality and think above all about having fun when he jumps. Otherwise it will become a big problem for him.

Until next time!
